KT0 011: heat Thermostat (normally closed); contact breaker for regulating heaters.

KTS 011: cool Thermostat (normally open); contact maker for regulating of filter fans and heat exchangers or for switching signal devised when temperature limit has been exceeded.

ZR 011: heat and cool combined; control the heating and cooling devices independently.

Applications:

The small mechanical temperature regulators are used to control electric heaters or cooling filter fans in electric cabinets, which are accidents caused by temperature factors. Widely used in communications, wind power generation, firefighting equipment, ships, petrochemicals, large factories, coastal factories, docks, water treatment facilities, equipment, etc. In addition, they can also be used as switching contacts for signal devices used as low-or high-temperature alarms. Setting recommendations:

The hysteresis (switching difference) of the temperature control should be take in account:
7K ± 4K (K= Kelvin)

In order to determine the actual set point of the normally closed contact and change-over contact (when used asnormally closed contact), the maximum rated hysteresis should be ad-ded to the required minimum operating temperature.

Example for Red K0011 for heating:

Required minimum temperature in enclosure: 5°C (41°F)

Hysteresis of temperature control: +11K (=7K ± 4K)

Set point on adjustment knob: 16°C (61°F)
